It is necessary to access the Internet in order to use the Site, and the users shall be responsible and bear the expenses for preparing the necessary devices, software, means of communication, and other items that are necessary to do so, and shall connect and operate them correctly. |

At the present time no fee is charged for use of the Site. However this shall not constitute a permanent waiving of the right to charge a service fee. |

Services of the Site may be stopped without advance notice for the purpose of maintenance (including emergency maintenance) of the Site. |

The Association exercises a variety of cautions when posting information to the Site, however it provides no guarantee of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, utility, safety, or other characteristics of the information. The information posted on the Site represents a portion of the information related to the activities of the Association, and does not cover all details thereof. Be aware that the Association shall bear no responsibility for the consequences of any decisions made or actions taken by the user based on the information posted on the Site.
All information posted on the Site represents the information that was available at the time of posting. The names or contents of all information posted on the Site may be changed or deleted without advance notice. The addresses of the Site, including that of the Top Page, may be change without advance notice. Be aware that the Association shall bear no responsibility for any problems or other effects, or for damages incurred to the users, resulting from the display of broken links or other issues resulting from the information on the Site being changed or deleted, or from the addresses being changed.
The Association shall bear no responsibility of any kind for damages incurred by the users as a result of an interruption of services on the Site as a result of Site maintenance, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster, viruses, interference by third parties, or incidents of force majeure.
The Association provides no guarantee regarding the accuracy, legality, or other characteristics of information posted on sites which are linked to from the Site (hereafter referred to as "Linked Sites"). In the event of a problem related to the use of a Linked Site, the responsibility shall be borne by the Linked Site and the user shall be responsible for any corrective action. |
Handling of personal information |

The Association gives attention and consideration to the protection of user privacy in the operation of the Site.
The Site automatically acquires Internet domain names, IP addresses, and other information related to viewing of the Site. It does not utilize cookies (information that is sent from the server to the user's browser and is stored on the user's computer in order to allow the server to identify the user).
When using the "Contact Us" and other forms, the sender's email address will be displayed to the recipient.
The information collected on the Site will be used for the purposes of responses to inquiries and other forms of contact，and analysis for ensuring and improving the smooth operation of the Site.
The information collected on the Site shall not be provided to any third party unless there is a request for disclosure based on laws, the consent of the individual has been obtained, or there are other special circumstances. |
Handling of intellectual property rights |

Users of the Site shall understand the ownership of intellectual property rights related to information and other items provided on the Site, shall strive to respect the intellectual property rights of third parties, and shall give careful attention to the handling of information and other items.
The property rights related to information posted on the Site and the software used to provide information (hereafter referred to as "Information, etc.") are owned by the Association or by the party that provides the information to the Association.
The intellectual property rights of Information, etc. which is posted on the Site is protected laws and other regulations.
Users may not reproduce, disclose, transmit, distribute, transfer, loan, permit the use of, reprint, or reuse the Information, etc. and the contents thereof (either in part or in whole) unless advance permission has been obtained from the Association or the party that provides the Information, etc. to the Association. |
Compensation to the Association |

| All complaints or requests for payment arising from or in relation to the use of services by the user, connections to the services, violations of these rules by the user, or infringement of third party rights by the user shall be resolved at the responsibility and expense of the user. In the event that expenses are incurred by the Association in handling complaints or requests for payment (including the payment of compensation), the user shall be responsible for payment of these expenses. |
Other |

| These rules shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
In the event of any dispute related to the Site or these rules between the user and the Association, the dispute shall be addressed in good faith, working for a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties. In addition, the courts of Japan shall have exclusive legal jurisdiction for all disputes related to the Site and these rules, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance. |
